Founded in 2005, Ebway is a division of Sales Improvement Professionals Inc.   who have been working with businesses to improve profitability since 1999. Ebway Development was originally created to provide Web Design & Development services solely to the SIP Inc. client base.  In 2006 Ebway expanded the division to offer these services on a global scale based on a high demand for successful internet strategies, professional web designers, and new ideas.

Ebway Development has played a critical role in developing the online presence of a number of consumer markets including, but not limited to the Home Comfort Industry, Consumer Retail Services, and Non-Profit Organizations. Our specialty, or advantage, is in our ability to communicate the company’s (our client’s) message to the general public and increase consumer interest overall. 

Ebway currently has over 100+ clients in the United States, as well as, a handful of niche markets in Canada & Australia.  Our goal from day one has been simple… To help our clients increase the effectiveness of their business by improving profits and lowering overhead. How do we do this? With proven strategies, new ideas, and a great team of designers with vision & values!

After spending 5 years traveling the U.S. as both a coordinator and promoter of professional Equine Hunter/Jumper horse shows, Jonathan entered into the automotive world to pursue his desire for sales. After receiving national recognition as an "Honor's Level" BMW client advisor, he accepted a position to become the Internet Manager at a Top 10 BMW dealership located n Scottsdale, Az. While increasing the overall new car sales volume by over 67 % - Jonathan and his team received multiple awards for customer satisfaction, as well as, sales and service.

In 2004 Jon joined SIP Inc. to work side-by-side with his father and to share his knowledge and skills with others around the globe. Ebway Development was created to fill the void in a marketplace that was in real need of a professional internet services company.

Jonathan Hinshaw brings quality and innovation to our web development businesses spanning the globe. Ebway Development is a division of SIP Inc. founded by Jonathan providing website solutions, coaching, seminars, and more for today’s ever-changing Internet marketplace.

As “Creative Director”, Jonathan is in charge of overseeing the development of the many projects at Ebway. Jonathan is the main communications manager between all departments, as well as, other design firms & partners. He has single handedly selected the team at Ebway and is always looking for ways to improve productivity, as well as, quality of design.

Mike Hinshaw

Mike Hinshaw brings many strengths to the Ebway Family! Spending 6 years as a project coordinator for a global firm based out of Phoenix, Az, Mike joined Ebway to pursue his creative path.  As the Web Creation & Content manager, Mike's function is to help our clients with copywriting, content creation, graphic arts, and much more. His goal is to help our clients create good, search engine friendly content that will help in communicating the clients products and services to their website visitor.

Charles Winterscheid
 
Joining Ebway in 2006, Charles was brought on board to expand the web design department at Ebway.  Charles has a vested interest in Ebway and is considered an official “Partner” of the company.
 
As the “Head Designer” it is his responsibility to develop and maintain the server side applications that Ebway uses to build and manage all of their client side websites.  Charles is directly involved with each and every project, insuring maximum functionality of each and every website that Ebway builds.

Dave Bednarski
Owner of Energy Web Solutions
 
David came on board in 2006 and is the owner of our partner company, Energy Web Solutions. His company specializes in the Home Comfort/Contractor industry. David is a certified designer who created his company back in 1996. Ebway uses and has a license for distribution of the “Client Dashboard” that was created by David. It’s a proprietary program that allows for easy Content Management of any given website or internet application.
 
Jonathan & David created the national Carrier Indoor Air Quality testing center that Carrier North America uses to certify their entire dealer base in the USA. David is a mentor and friend of Ebway who is sub-contracted out on a case-by-case basis.
