 How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1997. Our parent company is Sales Improvement Professionals and we have 2 more sister design firms, Market Solutions & Equine Web Designers.
 What areas do you serve?
We work with all types of clients from big corporations to individuals. We have clients all over the United States and even internationally.
I want a site like E-bay/MySpace/YouTube/...etc. Can you do this?
Yes, we can, but be aware that these sites would cost upwards of $20,000.
Does Your Web Design Process Work?Our mission is to build the best and most cost effective website for your business. A professionally built website can promote your products and services, enhance your image and generate sales. With that in mind, we will carefully research your business needs and plan a strategy for you!
 What is the Free Consultation?
All of our services begin with a free initial consultation to determine your requirements. We work closely with you to determine your exact needs and desires. Then we will complete a detailed design worksheet itemizing all your requirements. This helps us gather information about your  company, services, audience, purpose, site goals and more.
The consultation step is very important because we are committed to providing you with solutions that will work for you.
We prefer that you call, so that we can provide you with faster service. Feel free to email as well.
Do you provide Proposals?
After you are confident that we have addressed all of your ideas, questions and requirements, we will give you specific recommendations for your consideration. We will explain the options along with proposed pricing to deliver them. Once you have agreed, you will receive a formal proposal that contains all of the work you require, along with prices, payment schedules, and agreements.
Payments?
We require a 50% Deposit to start your work. After “you agree”, “we agree” and the paperwork is signed, faxed, or mailed to us, we will start the actual design process. If you do not understand the smallest of points at this step, PLEASE ASK FOR CLARIFICATION! Miscommunication and false expectations do NOT move the design process forward in a productive manner. At ANY time please contact us about any concerns, questions, or comments you may have about your project.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express.
We also accept Paypal, Checks, Money Orders and Western Union.
Can we manage our website ourselves?Absolutely you can manage it yourself! We give you all the source codes and files from which you can even do graphical changes. For text based changes, you can use our easy password protected editor which comes with our hosting service. With each of our web design packages, you also get a certain number of free updates which we will do for you.

We are located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?We have after hours support by email. Phone support is available during Business Hours. We will give you phone numbers for key individuals and in case of an emergency, you can reach them after business hours.
Can you create a Logo to go with our web site?Sure we can. In fact, we can make excellent logos from $100.00 and up. We can also design brochures, business cards, and all of your stationary to go along with your website.
 Can you help us get listed in Search Engines?
We have a Web Marketing Service (Search Engine Optimization) for $399/mo. to help list your website in the Major Search Engines. For more details, please contact us.
 What are your Business Hours?9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST - Monday Through Thursday & 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST on Fridays. Saturdays are available by appointment only and may incur extra costs.
